Barnes & Noble: Speedy Delivery kraziness!!

Okay, I just have to report in on this: I ordered this batch of books (see below) on Wednesday the 17th and they just arrived today!  From NJ to MN!

This was my first time using Barnes & Noble (I used to go with Amazon).  Like Amazon, you get free delivery with orders over $25 from B &N, but whereas Amazon's free delivery takes like a week to 10 days, B & N's free delivery got these books to me in TWO days!

When the UPS truck pulled up and delivered a Barnes & Noble box, I almost fell over.  New books.  Mood much improved.

Wow! I might have to use them sometime. I've heard Borders does the same thing now.

I didn't know that. It's wonderful!

Woohoo! New books always make my day better. I usually get my B&N shipments pretty fast as long as I order books that are in-stock. Any pre-orders can take a few days longer.

Oh Sweet!! Day after delivery - can't beat that.
And I just put blueish purple nail polish one and my nails almost look alien typing this. I've never warn this colour before - it may take some used to getting used to. Not, of course that you care about the colour of my nails, but I just thought I'd share that with you anyway.
Sadly if I were to order anything from Barnes & Noble, I'd have to pay for it since we don't get free shipping here in Canada. Although I did just get notice that Seduce Me At Sunrise shipped- EEEHaaawww
I really can't get used to this nail polish colour.

Liza: It was such a pleasant surprise. I guess these were in stock.

KJ: I DO care about the color of your nails! That sounds like a very daring color...perfect with SEDUCE ME AT SUNRISE.

That is awesome! I usually order from Amazon and very rarely B&N unless I have a giftcard or something. But I will definetely be checking them out now that I know they deliver so quick! You said it came from UPS? Amazon sends Media Mail. That must be why B&N is so much quicker.

Mr. McFeely just sort of popped into my head with this post. What is up with that name?
